The seafood broth ramen at noon has a fragrant soup, and the scorched green onions do a good job and are delicious. I like to eat aedama as a single item, but the only flaw is that it is not allowed to order a single item. Iekei ramen at night also has a very high level of soup. It's not the flimsy taste that fills the streets. It's sad that the spinach is a little lacking. It's a 1000 yen course for lunch and dinner, so it's not cheap and delicious, but the quality is definitely worth the price. recommendation.

A ramen shop about 5 minutes walk from Sagamihara Station. This is a new version of Rokkakudo, a famous tonkotsu ramen shop in Sagamihara. Nigesakuten serves dried sardines during the day and family-style ramen at night. This time I visited during lunch time and had the Niboshi Ramen. Perhaps because it was an early lunch on a weekday, there were three customers ahead of us. Purchase a meal ticket from the ticket vending machine right after entering the entrance. I ordered Chinese noodles (800 yen) and Aedama (200 yen), which the restaurant says has an 80% repeat purchase rate. The waiter seemed to be a one-man operation, but probably because the noodles were thin, the noodles were served without a long wait. The ramen was beautifully presented and my expectations were high even before I ate it. When I actually tried it, I found that the dried sardine soup was so rich that I couldn't imagine it from the clear clear water soup. It was as thick as a cement type. The noodles are thin and straight with a strong wheat flavor. It also went well with the soup. There were three types of chashu pork, low-temperature-cooked pork, and chicken, and they were all delicious. The aedama has a slightly salty sauce, so if you eat it as is, it will be a bit salty, but you can really taste the flavor of the noodles. It seems that there are ways to eat it as a substitute or tsukemen, but I definitely recommend eating it as is. Even though the store staff only had one surgery, they had good customer service. I would definitely like to visit again.

I visited during the day. It is completely seafood based. It seems like a family affair at night. good. It's not my favorite, but I think it's irresistible for people who like seafood. The seafood was too strong and had an acrid taste, but it would have been better if it could cover that. Personally, I would be happy to have yuzu. The special ramen has quite a lot of toppings and will fill you up.
