I let them in on Saturday evening! Even though it was my first visit, I was too hungry, so I made a special serving of boiled miso tsukemen that can be special. Since it's winter, I thought it would have been nice to have it served hot, but when I saw the noodles being brought to me, they were enshrined in a bowl that was so large that it was astonishingly large. I thought, but it wasn't packed to the bottom of the bowl, but it was about 300g to 350g of noodles after boiling! And the most important thing is the richness of the miso, which is quite thick and easy to understand. There were many things that I couldn't feel directly, but this place has overturned that! ! The richness is irresistible for miso lovers! In addition, there are plenty of ingredients such as bean sprouts, thick bamboo shoots, chopped green onions, and large char siu pork. It's not in my neighborhood so I don't think I can go there often, but this taste makes me want to go there! ! Thank you for the meal! !
I can't forget the chilled miso ramen with lots of ice. This is a soup that is refreshing, has a strong miso flavor, and is deep and enjoyable. The noodles are medium thick, chewy and go well with the soup.
