More Comments at Google MapI don't eat miso ramen very often, but no matter what I order here, I can't go wrong. I especially like Ihashi ramen and rich ramen. The noodles are yellow and thick, and the chashu is so soft that it falls apart when you hold it with chopsticks. There are table seats and a small raised area, so even small children can use the restaurant with peace of mind.
This is seafood and soy sauce ramen topped with pork and menma. It's a seafood soy sauce soup, but in my personal opinion, it felt as salty as tsukemen. It contains plenty of fish meal and chicken and pork oil, making it a rich and rich soup. The char siew was so soft and fluffy that it seemed like it would lose its shape. The menma seemed a little large. The noodles were medium-thick yellow noodles, and I drank all the soup, so I was full. I'll try other noodles next time, so I'll report back then. 2022.09.22 I ordered Saikyo miso thick noodles, Kyoto flavor. Although it was miso, it had a gentle taste, and I felt that white miso was good. On September 25th, 2022, we served sesame miso green onion char siu noodles with Sendai flavor. The depth of the white sesame and the accent of the miso matched well, giving it 5 stars ⭐️ 2022.10.05 I received Ihashi miso green onion char siu noodles with Sapporo flavor. The large grains of aged soybeans and the paste gave it a different texture, making it an ordinary miso but with an upgraded taste. 2022.10.06 I made tonkotsu miso menma chashu noodles. I thought it would be rich, but it had a gentle taste. I recommend it for its mellowness. 2022.10.12 Mixed miso is a popular menu. The combination of white and red is perfect, and it feels like it has an exquisite miso flavor. I can see why ramen fans give it a thumbs up. You can see that it is also possible to order from the second time onwards.
I always eat miso tandan noodles ☺️♡ The thick soup is really delicious and you will want to eat it regularly! !
