I visited at noon on a weekday. When I went there, I was relieved to find that the customer service was better than I expected. The taste of Taishoken was on par with my favorite Taishoken, or maybe even slightly better. It was definitely a famous store that had good bottled beer snacks.

I came to Hachioji for the first time in a while! The reason for this is because I want to eat all the tsukemen at Taishoken in Hachioji (lol). Eat the thick noodles mixed with the rich seafood soup! Yeah! I'm drooling just thinking about it! I arrived at Hachioji Station around 8pm and was hungry, so I hurriedly walked from the station to Taishoken! Taishoken is located about 5 minutes walk from JR Hachioji Station! The number of guests is about 2, which is the perfect number to enjoy dinner together! When you enter the store, there is a ticket vending machine on your left, so buy a special soba soba (800 yen) and a large size 800g (250 yen), take a seat at the counter, and order from the staff! Speaking of Taishoken, you'll find a large serving of thick noodles and a rich soup that is full of men's romance! Today, I'm already overwhelmed with emotion with the joy of being able to enjoy it, and I'm anxiously waiting for it to be completed! It took a while, but in about 10 minutes, a large serving of special soba noodles arrived with seafood-flavored soy sauce soup! The thick noodles are served in a large bowl, and the noodles are sparkling with just the right amount! The soup is rich in the aroma of seafood, and it is a treasure-like soup that contains plenty of chashu, boiled eggs, menma, and naruto! If you dip some thick noodles in this soup and slurp it up, the rich flavor of the seafood will fill your mouth and it will be delicious! As expected, it is a plate of soba that can be eaten with peace of mind and is a masterpiece! And the meaty char siu in the soup is the best because you can feel the flavor of the meat and feel satisfied! Thanks to the rich, rich seafood soup, I couldn't stop using my chopsticks, and before I knew it, there was only a little left of the large bowl of noodles! Let the last noodle blend well with the soup, slurp it and chew, and the special soba noodles will be a complete meal! The soba noodles at Ikebukuro Taishoken that I ate for the first time in a while lived up to its name and didn't feel like they were cutting corners at all! I visit once every two months. I order ramen every time. I am satisfied with everything: soup, noodles, char siu, volume, price. There are many reviews that complain about the customer service attitude of the store staff. I've never had any experience. I've never come across that scene. I look at my smartphone while waiting for the ramen to be ready. When the ramen comes, of course I start eating it. The ramen is so delicious that I naturally end up eating it silently. When I finished eating, I said "Thank you for the meal" and left the restaurant. I wonder if the people who are writing about their customer service attitude are not able to do this normal behavior. I personally think so.
