More Comments at Google MapAnother well balanced bowl of Ramen. Thanks to the chef giving me pleasure of eating good food. As they claim, noodles are home made and very unique. Thickness is medium. Not much chewiness but tasted very clean and simple. The soup is the hit. Not oily or salty nor overbearing. I prefer more scallions but that's my preference. I was served two types of chashu, thick one and very thin one. I suppose it might be different parts of pork. Wish I had a bigger stomach to try tsukemen. ^_^
Delicious smoky shōyu ramen with the most succulent pork I've had in Hachioji. Nice atmosphere, too.
Their soup is very clear and light yet you can feel the taste of its base material(chicken or fish(niboshi)) deeply. Noodles are very thin like soumen but boiled very carefully, perfect texture you enjoy.
