More Comments at Google MapThis store was featured on TV and caught my attention. I felt a little uneasy in the empty store, but I ordered the unusual ramen called Kinoko no Potage Noodles and was shocked at how delicious it was. You can choose from four types of noodles, and you can enjoy various combinations.
🍵Thank you It's cold today 🥶 It's a cloud that looks like it's going to fall from the overcast sky. Of course it's warm on a day like this... Yes, ramen is the best 🍜 So today I went to Hachioji to eat ramen 🤗 Noodle place Azuki 14-10 Honmachi, Hachioji, Tokyo It is a popular shop for Hachioji ramen and original creative ramen. I learned about it from a recent SNS post and was curious about it, so I decided to visit today. White miso ramen ¥880 I was also curious about the mushroom potage ramen, but I chose miso ramen according to the cold weather and my honest ramen desire. As it is advertised as white miso, the visual is different from general miso ramen. It's like a chicken hot water form. In fact, it has a thick texture like a thick white chicken soup, and the texture is very creamy. It's definitely miso ramen, but in a sense I felt like I was eating a completely new genre of ramen. It's delicious 😋 The black pepper thin noodles that go well with this go well together and are really delicious. The taste is mild and has little punch, but the mellow taste and mouthfeel are satisfying to eat on its own. Halfway through, I added some homemade chili oil to change the taste, and it turned out delicious with the help of the spicy spiciness, but personally, I prefer to add more black pepper. I thought it would be powerful. The combination of white miso and soy milk is great. Delicious and complete to the last drop. Next time I want to attack with potage.
Ramen shop in town A shop with counter seats in a place where about 3 restaurants are lined up run by a female owner Ajidama topping on char siu noodles There is no topping menu on the ticket vending machine The topping menu is written on the paper on the table Cash handed over It's like Hachioji Ramen, but with onions in it. However, it contains seaweed and has a strong scent of the beach, so it feels original. Azuki beans are also included, giving it a gentle taste but richness. The noodles are characteristic and thin, but elastic like rubber. It was delicious with a feeling like nothing else. There is a ring of wisdom to kill time.
