I ate miso chashu noodles. The soup was rich and mellow, and the flavor was just to my liking, so I drank it all! The noodles were delicious as usual. The toppings are also standard. I think the chashu was a little hard. However, it's open until late at night, and I think it's worth trying at least once!

The flavor is based on pork bones, and comes in miso, salt, and soy sauce, but the recommended one is pork bone miso. The noodles are curly and the soup tastes good. The restaurant is small, but the taste is excellent, so I highly recommend it.

Personally, I like Ajigen's ramen the most. The soup is rich with medium-thick curly noodles. I recommend salt. I'm running a small shop with only a counter by myself, so I think it's quite difficult, but I hope you keep up the good work. There doesn't seem to be a private parking lot, but there is a coin parking nearby. It's also nice that it's open until late at night.
