I have chicken broth ramen when I feel like eating Chinese noodles. The tsukemen is made with soy sauce pork bones, which has a sour taste reminiscent of Taishoken, but it still has a strong umami flavor. You can choose your noodles, but I prefer thinner noodles that coat more of the soup. Miso tomato tastes like soup pasta that also contains cheese. I end up drinking all the soup. In addition, the Mazesoba and limited menu items are all excellent dishes, so if you like them, be sure to give them a try.
