First visit to the store around 7pm on weekdays. The inside of the shop is also beautiful, but since there are various instructions such as how to eat it, it seems to be a ramen shop with many orders. The customer was only me until I left from before entering, and there was an Uber on the way. For the time being, what kind of ramen is the default. When I went to draw water, I noticed a bag of Miyuki rice. It may be the first time I've seen it at a ramen shop, but I wanted to know if they really used this not-so-cheap rice, so I ordered an additional half-rice. Ramen arrived with half rice after a while. It looks rich from the outside, and when I try it, I can honestly say I like it. I felt like it was my ideal type. Dried sardines and pork bones, and it's rich and not overpowering. The rice is cooked hard and goes well with ramen. I felt that I put a lot of effort into just writing about various things.
Fried chicken + rice + ramen 3-piece set (1030 yen) with flavored egg (100 yen) My first visit to a store I had been curious about. For someone like me who likes thin noodles, these noodles are a hit. The rich soup that went well with it was also delicious. I always had the impression that the rice at ramen restaurants was not good, but the rice here is also delicious. The fried chicken is crispy and juicy, and the side menu is also very special. I think I'll go again next time for a different menu.
