More Comments at Google MapOne of the best ramen in Hino. However service is a little slow. The master cooks each bowl carefully and individually. [Edit] There may be complains that he is slow but recently he has faster preparation and cook finish in 10~ minutes.
Menya Yuzu's soy sauce ramen has a simple image, but the soy sauce sauce is packed with the owner's ingenuity, such as naturally brewed soy sauce made from domestic whole soybeans, delicious pure rice cooking sake, and long-aged mirin. A non-pasteurized soup (soup made by slowly boiling bonito flakes, kombu seaweed, shiitake mushrooms, vegetables, etc. using shamo chicken and round chicken). And after that, it's very ordinary, but it's a flavorful wheat flavor kneaded with an exquisite amount of water, and a medium-thin noodle with a firm waist, and the sauce is soaked in and it's delicious and it's baked firmly, but it's too much. Contains fragrant homemade toro char siu. It's even better if you add fully fermented aged bamboo shoots and seaweed. It's a soup that makes me want to drink it all up, but I'd like to avoid it if possible because it might cause metabolic syndrome (laughs). I started going to this shop after being introduced to it, and now I go there regularly - I love dark soy sauce ramen! Add dried yuzu peel from the white bottle on the counter to enhance the aroma. It's become a habit now... Kokubunji's popular store "Mutahiro" is a shop that was started by the owner who has the tongue of God and the partner of the Buddha customer service. The owner is now in charge of serving customers...and of course, God's tongue is still alive❗️ The shop is close to Hino Station. I want you to go there!! ️
Although it is near Hino Station, it is located in a somewhat quiet place. The name is written as Tomo no Kizuna and is pronounced as YUZU. Enter the store and buy a meal ticket. The only thing left to do is topping it with soy sauce or salt. Since it was my first time, I ordered the regular ``soy sauce ramen''. It's 700 yen. On the counter, there were six specialties listed as a non-alcoholic ramen. The soup is made with a whole chicken, the sauce is made with carefully selected ingredients, and the flour is a blend of two types of domestic flour. As I was reading it, I was hooked in no time. The soup looks rich. And the chashu looks delicious. The noodles are medium thick straight noodles. I tried it right away and it was delicious. The soup is especially delicious. The lightness of the chicken flavor and the richness of the seafood flavor are mixed together, and each harmonizes well. It doesn't have a strange taste, so it's a soup that you can drink normally. The noodles are also chewy and delicious. The char siu was also soft and I think it goes well with this ramen. I found this great restaurant in a hidden gem. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
