More Comments at Google MapLess than 20 minutes walk from Hino Station, less than 30 minutes walk from Toyota Station. I had to run some errands and found this while walking. What a wonderful store it is to have a Seventeen Ice vending machine at the entrance. I thought about eating there, but it was closed between lunch and dinner hours. There is a 7-Eleven next door. I gave it 5 stars because it got me excited. I don't know the taste yet.
After business at Hino, I was hungry, so I chose Menso, which I had been to before. I was confused about the ginger soy sauce, but today I ordered back fat Chinese noodles with flavored eggs. The staff's polite operation is ◎, and the ramen that comes out is delicious. The combination of noodles, ingredients, and soup is irresistible. . I even drank all the soup today. . The customer base here seems to be calm and there are a lot of classy people, and I get the impression that real ramen connoisseurs gather here. I'm thinking of trying the ginger soy sauce next time.
A ramen shop with an impressive pink outer wall. I went in the afternoon, so I waited for a while. The inside of the store has only counter seats like a bar counter, giving the impression of a store frequented by regular customers. I think it's a ramen shop rooted in the area. Speaking of Nagaoka ramen, I ordered ginger soy sauce. 800 yen for a meal ticket. For students, a large serving is free. Students are happy because there is a high school near the store (^^) The noodles are straight and medium thick. The soup is light. The ginger flavor of the ginger soy sauce was not overpowering, and although the soup was light, it was delicious because it was firmly entwined with the noodles. Round and round Naruto was nostalgic (laughs) The shopkeeper was managing it alone, and it was refreshing from beginning to end even though he was busy. I think it's a polite and good restaurant to wipe the table clean and re-spread the place mats every time a customer leaves.
