I went to the area for work and stopped by after visiting Momakusaen. It was time for the store to close, but I was so grateful that they let me in! The ramen comes with two noodles and is very filling! The dried sardine soup is also great and highly recommended!

Located near Keio Mogusaen Station on the way from Seiseki-Sakuragaoka Station to Takahatafudo Station along the Kawasaki Kaido, this is a store serving Eifukucho-style Chinese noodles, one of the three styles of Taishoken in Japan. Since it is Eifuku-cho, the soup is based on fish-based soy sauce. It should be noted that the menu is based on warm Chinese noodles and cold tsukemen, and the rest is a combination of char siu, egg, spiciness, condiments, and wonton toppings. Drinks are only water or Sapporo bottled beer. Cleanliness to say. It would be nice to go to a store that does not serve rice or dumplings and only goes to have Chinese soba. In addition, the standard amount of noodles is 2 balls, which is quite large. You can adjust the number of noodles from 1 ball to 3 balls. There are only about 8 seats at the counter, and the table can only accommodate about 10 people, so if you go during lunchtime, you may have to wait for a long time. In addition, it is only open from 11:00 to 16:00 at noon, and the parking lot in front of the store can only accommodate about 5 cars, so be careful when you go. In addition, there is a coin parking on the left side of the railroad crossing.

This is the ramen restaurant I go to eat at most in my life. The smell of dried sardine soup wafts outside the restaurant, and the wait in line heightens my anticipation. The ramen is not a very impressive ramen with the flavor of dried sardines, the sweetness of the oil, and the easy-to-drink soup, but it is a ramen that you want to eat every day. The quantity is certainly large. Although it is certainly Eifukucho style, the noodles are not too dry and the soup is not too strong. If it's your first time, you can eat it as is, or you can use less noodles and make it with flavored eggs. I like more oil and harder noodles. It's about a 30 minute drive from where I live, and even if you arrive more than an hour before closing, the store may be out of supplies, so be careful and get there early!
