One of my favorite places for ramen! The portion is big and it tastes sooo good, also the guy that makes it is so nice.

[Visit August 2023] On my second visit, I had a small tsukemen (vegetable mashi). This was also delicious. The taste and quantity are just right! There is a punch, but I think you can eat it refreshingly. The soy sauce is good, but the salt content may be high (laughs) But it was a tsukemen that I want to eat again. --- [2023.7 visit] I visited here because I wanted to eat a filling ramen. I arrived a little before 11 o'clock on Sunday afternoon, and there were customers waiting for the store to open. There were seven parking lots. I ordered small ramen, vegetables, and garlic. Personally, I liked it very much among Jiro ramen and it was delicious. The soup has soy sauce and is normal and thick enough. But it's not greasy, so I drank it quite a bit (laughs). Even if the noodles are boiled normally, they are chewy and chewy. The thick noodles go very well with the karame soup. The amount of char siu was just right, and the ratio of meat to fat was just right. (I ask Jiro for one piece of pork) And about vegetables, at first glance I thought I might want more vegetables, but it turned out to be just the right amount. Vegetables also go well with Karame soup (^ρ^) The store is also clean. I did not feel the stickiness of the floor so much. Tableware such as cups was also neatly cleaned. (At a certain store, fat floats when water is poured into the cup, which is unhygienic.) I wanted to ask you again. Thank you for the meal.

I went to Garlic Mashi Mashi Karame Mashia Bura Triple for the first time in a while, and the ticket vending machine was a touch panel, and the small ramen was called normal ramen, but I'm sure the quality is still delicious.Tada has 3 stores. Since both of them seem to be prospering, since Yamatoya is losing customers, I guess it's okay to use Yamatoya near Hino Station as a rice field. Iekei is also no good because the number of stores has increased too much.
