Kokubunji, Tokyo, Japan｜Ramen Miso-Maru

Fantastic local ramen shop. Miso soup and other variety/mixes. I had the tonkotsu(pork), thick noodles and the soup was full, but simple flavour - perfect with some chilly oil added. Only thing that would be better is some garlic to add. Large portion of noodles are free. Despite the big red signs, it is a very cool, old traditional wooden building. Counter top & table seating. Worth checking out. Like many ramen places, cash only.

I didn't expect much at first, but the taste is really good and the price is normal. Spicy miso and Chinese buckwheat are both very good~

I think they have the best miso ramen in Kunitachi.
