🍵Thank you for your hard work Although I haven't started work in Tokyo yet, I will start my Ramen Oyaji activities😅 Let's start with the famous Hachioji Ramen restaurant, which is a popular restaurant in the neighborhood. I love ramen shops with this kind of clean style, and I have high expectations for them 😻 I had Chinese noodles (¥650), a recommended seasoned egg (¥100), and today I also had a small bowl of rice (¥100) 🤗 A beautiful form that shows the careful work that goes into it... This simplicity actually stimulates your appetite. So, without further ado... Since I don't have a spoon, I slurp the soup from the edge of the bowl. I don’t like it🥰 Although it is a traditional soup made from gara stock, it has a rich and rich flavor, yet has a light and refreshing taste. A cup of Showa Chinese food with the atmosphere of the restaurant 😋 The medium-thick noodles are boiled slightly soft and are chewy and slippery. The finely chopped onions do not interfere with the texture of the ramen, and they give you the deliciousness and sweetness that is unique to Hachioji ramen, which is different from green onions. In the end, I put the flavored eggs and chashu that I had saved aside on top of the rice, and happily stuffed my mouth full while slurping up the ramen soup. The old man was completely satisfied with the taste of his hometown after a long time😄

This will be my first visit. This is a long-established store that was founded in 1971. This time, it was a store eligible for Fussa City x PayPay, so I happened to visit. There were about 7 to 8 people in line around noon. The noodle menu is limited to Chinese noodles, available in medium to extra large sizes. There is a parking lot, and you can park several cars in the parking lot across from Family Mart.
