I had the special miso. It had plenty of green onions with a little cilantro and ground meat that made it so good for a spring day. Light but good for the chill that was in the air. Kappa has never disappointed. This place has more seating than the one in Fussa. I liked the atmosphere. There was early 2000's pop-punk playing over the radio. I really enjoyed this meal.
Kappa is famous for its tomato ramen. I casually passed by and saw that it was open, so I strolled in. "Welcome" in a cheerful voice. It's just this, but the image changes completely. It's a strange thing. At this store, you can purchase meal tickets in advance from a ticket vending machine. The first thing that caught my eye was "Kappa Black." I pressed the button without hesitation. This name has such power. I guess it's about a 10 minute wait. What came out was the ramen in the photo. A figure reminiscent of the Jiro type. I couldn't see the soup from above, so when I removed the bean sprouts from the surface, it was pitch black. At first I thought it came from the black pepper sprinkled on the surface, but this is it! ! When you sip it, it's not as salty as it looks, and the deep richness and sweetness of the backfat are perfect. I sipped it many times. Then I slowly pulled out the noodles, and they turned out to be thick. I'm really impressed with how he manages to be a Kappa-like character while still being conscious of Jiro. The soup is well-coated and has enough texture. On the way home, I said in a cheerful voice, ``Thank you very much.'' Needless to say, I left the store very satisfied.
