Fussa, Tokyo, Japan｜Kippoushi

In my top 5 places I've eaten here in Japan. Got the spicy miso ramen level 4 spicy. Easily the best ramen I've ever had. The owner is super friendly and now I'm officially a member!

An awesome authentic Japanese Ramen experience. A very nondescript restaurant from the outside, so I accidentally walked by once, and had to double back. Bring cash for the machine as they don't take cards, or you may use the PayPay app. Food was amazing.

My new favorite Ramen location. I am a big fan of Tonkotsu and Kippoushi Tonkotsu Dip is amazing! I am happy I added a marinated egg with it but I wish I had Karaage (it's possible they had it and I missed it) too! Also, I was lucky enough to run into a group that recommended Honban. This apparently uses the leftovers from the ramen to create a porridge of sorts with a few options. While the broth was amazing enough to finish on its own, the Honban allows you to finish your meal with a slightly different option. I highly recommend Kippoushi!
