Orochon ramen. It was very delicious with a spicy flavor. (It's not too spicy either.) The char siu was also very soft and flavorful, and the char siu was delicious enough to make you happy. This is a shop I'd like to visit again if I'm in the area. Thank you for the meal.

🍵Thank you for your hard work The typhoon hasn't passed, and the sky is overcast and cloudy, but the air has completely changed to autumn and has become cooler. Today, I was invited by the autumn air to eat something new to me🤗 Orochon Ramen Magoroku 2-26 Kitadaen, Fussa City, Tokyo Of course, I ordered the signature menu Orochon Ramen (¥800)🍜 The word Orochon originates from the Ainu people of Hokkaido, but in the world of ramen, it seems to mean ``flame,'' meaning ramen that is as spicy as fire. Magoroku is said to be the originator of Orochon Ramen, but there are several other shops that are said to be the originator, so let's ignore the originator here. Now, about Magoroku's Orochon Ramen... delicious! I don't usually eat spicy ramen other than tandan noodles, but I honestly thought this Orochon was seriously delicious😋 I found it to be an evolution of miso ramen, which is richer than you might expect from its red appearance and the impression of chili peppers, and has a sweetness to it that is extremely familiar. This bowl of ramen introduced me to a new taste of Japanese ramen that stands out from other spicy ramen such as tandan noodles. I was surprised to see Chinese cabbage and daikon radish coming out from inside, in addition to plenty of green onions and menma, but they blended well with this Orochon soup and were quite delicious. What caught my attention the most was the deliciousness of Magoroku's char siu. The soft and fluffy... It wasn't the rare char siu that's been trending these days, but rather the traditional, deep-flavored char siu that had been thoroughly simmered. Although it was just a single piece of chashu, the deliciousness combined with the Orochon soup left a strong impression on me. So I can't say enough about the deliciousness of the green onion chashu rice bowl (¥200) that I ordered with it. I've never really tried new flavors, but I think I'll fall in love with this Orochon Ramen😅 ************ <23.6.14 revisit> 🍵Thank you for your hard work♪ Well, I ate miso ramen again🍜🤣 Orochon Ramen Magoroku 2-26 Kitadaen, Fussa City, Tokyo Since the main focus of this restaurant is Orochon Ramen, almost all reviews of the restaurant are focused on Orochon. I also had Orochon last time, but this time I wanted to try out Magoroku's beef bone soup and want some ramen without the spiciness, so I tried the restaurant's recommended "Magoroku Miso Ramen (¥700)." I received it🤗 It is said to be a blend of beef bones and pork bones, but if you ask me, I can only feel a faint beef bone taste. As someone who knows Yamaguchi's Kudamatsu beef bones, I wouldn't expect beef bone ramen, but the well-cooked, rich soup is powerful and satisfying. It goes perfectly with the miso, and in a sense, if Orochon wasn't the main attraction, it wouldn't be surprising if this miso ramen became the main dish.It was a very delicious bowl. Because it uses a rich beef and pork bone soup, it has an originality that is different from ordinary miso ramen, and the flavor and sweetness of the soup is so delicious that it permeates throughout your body. Personally, I enjoyed the Orochon, but the miso ramen was more impressive. Well, today I had half fried rice (¥200) with my ramen. It wasn't on the menu last time, so it may or may not be available depending on the day. I wasn't able to get a shot with the ramen because I had the bowl much later than the ramen, but I was impressed by the volume. It's 200 yen. There are almost 1 servings of a shabby shop. What's more, it's not made in advance, it's freshly made and piping hot. Lots of ingredients such as egg, chashu, naruto and green onions. It's the standard fried rice at a ramen shop, like adding lard and turning it over, but it's quite delicious and on a high level. It's hard to believe that you can eat this dish for only 200 yen, so if you have it, I highly recommend it 👍 As a side note, the chashu pork here is really delicious. So next time, I'm dreaming of adding chashu toppings to make chashu noodles.

It's a shop that I don't know if it's open during the day or in the evening 😅 Is it open... Or not... Can I enter? I sneaked into the mysterious shop for the first time at 18:00 on 5/14 ❗️ The inside of the store is kept very clean. I came here to eat Orochon, but I ended up drinking it...😅This is definitely the place. Cheap ❗️ Delicious ❗️ Fast ❓ It can't be helped even if the serving time is a little slow. It's a family business, and the owner is pretty rough 😅 He leaves everything to his son 😅 I took a quick look at his daughter, but she's quite beautiful 😅 Leaving that aside... the boiled offal is quite delicious. Yakitori is also quite delicious. It looks like each strand is carefully combed 😊 Next time I'm going to eat Orochon Ramen 😅
