Along with Minmin Ramen head office, it is a shop that represents Hachioji Ramen. This restaurant is unique in that it throws a large amount of finely chopped or grated raw onions into the soup. The soup without the addition of raw onions feels like an ordinary soy sauce-flavored soup with a floating backfat similar to Kyoto Kitashirakawa Ramen Kairikiya. However, I felt that adding raw onions would greatly change the taste. There are green onion ramen with white haired green onions and green onion chashu noodles, but the base soup and raw onions are included in advance, which is the same as other noodles. The recommendation is the pork rib noodles with added raw onions that I ate this time. Payment methods are cash or PayPay and other barcode payments only. Credit cards cannot be used. I think it's good to evaluate that it supports PayPay and other barcode payments.

🍉Air conditioning yesterday, heating today🥶 My body is feeling really tired from this temperature difference💦 I don't have a fever or chills, but I feel more sluggish than usual today. Fortunately, I was able to have two consecutive three-day holidays, so I will use these three days to recuperate. However, Ramen Dad's desire for ramen has been stirred up by this cold weather, so he has been eating a lot of ramen🤣 Noodle shop Hitotsunagi 1-2-6 Tamagawa-cho, Akishima-shi, Tokyo 1F This is a Hachioji ramen shop near Higashi-Nakagami Station on the Ome Line. I've been there a long time ago, but it's such a long memory that I can't compare it to now, but it's gotten better reviews than it did back then, and above all, it's a restaurant that's been in operation continuously in this ramen battleground. I went through the noren curtain today with high expectations for my ability🤗 Served with pork belly noodles (¥850) and half rice (¥100). I have a favorite Hachioji ramen shop called "Tamaya" in Akishima, but compared to Tamaya's soup, the seafood stock is more prominent, and the soup's strength and depth of flavor are on par. That's all. Delicious😋 Where does the wind come from feeling unwell... It’s the best medicine for ramen dads😅 The inside of the restaurant is small, with only 9 seats at the counter, but most of the menu items are just ramen, so the turnover is quick, and the owner and his wife were very welcoming. From what I saw, the only problem was that there didn't seem to be any parking. Well, the road from the store to the station is wide and there is little traffic, so I can't say it out loud, but if you park on the street while you eat ramen, it doesn't seem to be a problem. If you are worried, Whale Parking in front of Medaka Tantan is close by.

This is a soy sauce ramen restaurant located near Higashi-Nakagami Station. In terms of genre, it's the so-called orthodox Hachioji ramen. The store mainly has counter seats and is not very spacious, so you may have to wait in line, but I think it's worth it. (Is delicious!) I recommend the regular ramen, not the tsukemen. (I received the char siu noodles.) The hot soup may burn you, but the well-balanced flavor and the crunchy onions combined with the noodles are delicious. You could say it's a model for Hachioji ramen. It's the opposite of Jiro-style ramen, so if you like Socchi-style ramen, you might not be satisfied with it, but I think this is a restaurant where even women can enjoy delicious ramen with peace of mind. However, the only drawback is that there is no parking lot available, so you have to use the coin parking lot behind the store...
