Akishima, Tokyo, Japan｜Chukamen Egawatei Akishimaten

This is the tastiest ramen I have ever had in Japan. I always get the kimchi-men, and I am just in love with the garlic in the broth, the medley of kimchi, nori, menma and beansprouts blended in with the chashuu. This is top notch ramen and despite being a chain store it is simple unbeatable. I live near this place and eat here often. It is never busy, the staff are very gentle, friendly and seem to enjoy working there. It's a positive, welcoming atmosphere accompanied by DELICIOUS RAMEN. RECOMMEND.

I ordered pork bone miso ramen, fried rice, and crispy dumplings, which are popular at Egawatei. This miso ramen is really delicious with a thick backfat! Fried rice is also delicious with grilled pork as it is popular, and the soup is also rich and good! I wrote that the crispy dumplings were spicy, but the ingredients certainly had a spicy taste, but the crispy skin was so strong that I didn't really understand the taste...
