Fujio San is very nice! The food was amazing. We got ramen, fried rice and dumplings. The dumplings were super flavorful. I got the small fried rice but that sure looked much bigger. My husband got miso ramen(didn’t get a photo cause he started eating as soon as he got his bowl) and I got soy ramen. It’s like 10 mins out the east gate. We’re coming back to try the rest of the menu.

UMA Tsukemen is a great dip ramen experience. Everyone always says the shrimp is the best but the curry flavor is my favorite. OISHII!! From the noodles to the bread top everything is hand made, the gyoza, also hand made, is excellent as well. I highly recommend this restaurant, thank you Fujiosan.

Had the miso uma mega, it was excellent. The pastry top hits the spot for your bread craving, while miso base and pork are super savory and tasty, and the noodles really fill the belly. Very satisfying meal. The owner is also very warm and friendly, chatted with our family during our first visit. Can't wait to try the ramen options. Definitely recommend!
