Akishima, Tokyo, Japan｜Jikaseimen Masaki (homemade noodles)

Will satisfy your ramen craving. Local, unassuming ramen shop with loyal following. I had been wanting to visit for a while, but always had a long line. Finally got there, but even on a rainy weekday lunch time, needed to wait in line (good to expect some wait time). It is worth it and I soon found why it was a big local following. Large portion, optional toppings. Their homemade noodles (thick or thin options) are a nice touch and the chashu (roast pork) is very tender & juicy. Will go back again.
