Musashimurayama, Tokyo, Japan｜Chukamen Egawatei Musashimura Yamaten

Tsukemen (つけ麺), aka Dipping Ramen Noodles, is one of the most beloved styles of ramen in Japan, especially during the warm summer months. It has become one of my favorite styles. This was our first time visiting this particular Ramen Shop and their broth was especially delicious. Plenty of parking but cash only.

This is a great little family ramen shop. I love eating here at least three times a month. It never fails be some of the best food you can get.

Friendly staff, fast service and delicious food! We had the gyoza, the fried rice and the roasted pork soup and it was amazing 🤤 definitely coming back ❤️
