In short, it's like Jiro and Taishoken turned into a family restaurant. A ramen shop that operates mainly in Saitama Prefecture. Their signature menu items include Jiro-style Fuji ramen, Taishoken-style tsukemen, and traditional Chinese noodles. There is a large parking lot in the back, and it has a family restaurant atmosphere that makes it easy to enter. If you order Fuji ramen with "normal" toppings, it will be "all better" as Jiro calls it. Compared to Jiro, the soup is less salty and a little refreshing. A bottle of garlic soy sauce was also available for those who were not satisfied. The noodles are thick and not flat. Somehow, the ramen reminded me of Saitama udon, with plenty of vegetables and a refreshing taste. The garlic was not regular garlic, but a miso-like paste. It was delicious, but I was a little worried because when I visited on a Sunday night, it was very empty. After all, Jiro-style ramen is perfect for lunch on the way home from work or for people coming home from work, so it might be difficult to find a restaurant far away from the station where you go by car. but it was delicious. Accounting was cash only and meal tickets were accepted, but when I visited in August 2022, they changed to deferred payment and I was able to use PayPay.
