2023.8.25 First visit today! I visited around 12:30, and there were about 9 people in line, so I had to wait for about 40 minutes before I could get in. I did.The soup was made with dried sardines and had a rich and punchy taste!It also had a mild taste!It stayed on my tongue for a long time and was very impressive (^^) The noodles had a chewy and gentle texture and were very delicious ♪ The chashu pork was also soft and delicious, contrary to its appearance ♡ The exterior of the restaurant is a garage house structure that doesn't look like a ramen shop, and I think it has a good taste! The inside of the store also has concrete walls and American-style objects, giving it a clean feel and providing a very relaxing and delicious meal! Next is back fat Chinese soba! (lol This is a restaurant I would definitely like to visit again! Thank you for the meal m(__)m 2023.9.29 When I visited the store the other day, I was curious about the [Special Fat Chinese Soba], so I had it today♪ I thought it would be hard on my stomach, but contrary to what it looks like, it was refreshing and had just the right amount of greasiness to satisfy my appetite. It skyrocketed ♡ I can't stand the juicy and crunchy onions (^^) Limited to 10 meals a day [back fat rice] is mild with salty and black pepper! The faint garlic flavor in your mouth was exquisite (*ﾟ∀ﾟ*) It was so delicious! I would definitely like to stop by again when I'm in the area! Thank you for the meal♪ 2023.11.7 I enjoyed the [special back fat garlic tsukemen] that I was worried about ^^ I developed a greedy disease and topped it with chashu! The result is amazing chashu tsukemen! (^^;; But it's delicious! I knew it! It’s the best♡

I stopped by while cycling. I was lucky that the wait time was only a short time. I ordered Chinese noodles with back fat. I know it's not good for my health, but I didn't see any reason to leave any soup behind and drank it all. I'm very satisfied. Glasses and seasonings at the counter seats are stored inside the door, keeping the counter top clean. I still want to use it.

This is my 3rd or 4th visit. At the ticket vending machine, you can buy backfat Chinese noodles (950 yen), topping chashu (350 yen for 6 pieces), and meat rice (200 yen for small). About a 5 minute wait. It feels like a slightly bitter niboshi soup wrapped in a mild backfat. It's just delicious! The 6mm thick chashu pork is moist and soft, and goes perfectly with the thick flat noodles and soup. This time I chose char siu toppings (6 pieces) instead of the special dish (3 pieces of char siu), but I think it is recommended for char siu lovers. The small bowl of meat rice (small) has 6mm square pieces of chashu with a firm texture that, combined with the sweet and spicy sauce, will whet your appetite. The quality is such that it's worth coming to eat just for this. Backfat rice is also popular, but this is my personal favorite. I have my own preferences, but as many people have said, this is my favorite restaurant so far. Thanks to this location (?), it depends on the time of day, but if there are empty round chairs (about 10 seats) under the tent in front of the store, the waiting time will probably be less than an hour, so even under this scorching sun, there are no reservations. Line up with The customer service was polite and I have never had a bad experience.
