I visited after reading reviews It's tucked away on the outskirts of the factory area. It's a small restaurant that seems to fill up with 10 people. From the outside, the store looks very clean. I visited on a weekday at noon, and the place was full. The owner seemed to be alone and busy. Order chashu men Salt soup is perfect for summer There is a lot of char siu and I am satisfied The toilet is also clean and gives a good impression. However, it seems to be closed irregularly, so it would be better to check in advance. Thank you for the meal.

2023.7.8 I will be visiting again next week. Today's ramen selection & pork Due to my misunderstanding, I thought the ramen was soy sauce, but it is salt based. Unlike ginger men, green onions are chopped. This is also delicious. A spicy sauce is applied from the pig. It has a nice crispy texture. I think it goes very well with rice. For me, ramen is... I'm also curious about Dandan noodles, so what should I eat next? 2023.7.1 This is my first visit. Arrive at 10:45, 15 minutes before opening There are 4 parking spaces in front of the store. It was hot until 5 minutes before the store opened, so I waited in the car. I was two people ahead of me in line. Order a large serving of ginger noodles (ginger ramen?) at the ticket vending machine It is natural to wait because the shopkeeper is doing it alone. Salt base with plenty of ginger. The umami of the soup is strong and the thick bamboo shoots are delicious, I think it's a ramen that you can eat as much as you want. By the way, the char siu is also very delicious even though it is thinly sliced. I'm curious about the char siu rice bowl. It's my favorite type of ramen that I want to eat every week. Repeat is certain.

The ramen of "Ramen Iruma-san" was the bowl I had been waiting for. It was a difficult time to visit, but I was lucky to finally be there 5 minutes before opening. I was able to be second in line. When I ordered ramen, my preconception was that it would be soy sauce-flavored ramen, but was it actually salt-based? It was ramen. The first thing I noticed was the deliciousness of the soup, with the umami of the chicken oil. This was unique and hard to find anywhere else. And thick bamboo shoots. This was soft, flavorful, and I never got tired of it. The green vegetables and pork belly that add accents to the ramen were also really delicious, with the sweetness and richness of the fat. The char siu was a little thinly sliced, but it didn't interfere with the salt-based soup, and I enjoyed it enough as part of the elegant ramen. Next time I would like to try the tantanmen and other ramen. Most of the ramen I've been eating recently has been brutal and impressive (in a good way), such as Jiro-style ramen, but through the elegant ramen provided by Ramen Iruma, I felt once again the variety and depth of ramen. I would like to continue to enjoy wonderful ramen at this restaurant.
