Am a serious low carb person but eat Ramen set (Ramen, rice and gyoza) only in this place.

Visited the store 10 minutes before opening on weekdays. 0 front customers PP, 4 rear customers. Came here because I was craving Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen. I verbally ordered the ramen fried rice set for 1,100 yen + extra egg for 120 yen. The rice bowl is ready in about 10 minutes. Although the soup is on the small side, you can fully enjoy the taste of Hakata tonkotsu and it's really delicious! The firm, low-hydration thin straight noodles are also a perfect match! Yakimeshi is moist and I like it. I ordered a spare egg and boosted it with mustard mustard greens, pickled ginger, and garlic, and finished it in no time. I felt the dignity of a long-established store! I will go again!

"Hakata Ichiban" is located on the opposite side of the road from Life (supermarket). The store's appearance and the taste of the ramen are reminiscent of an old local ramen shop in Hakata, Kyushu. The soup has a strong pork bone aroma and fat, but it's not too salty, so you can drink it all the way to the end. This is a valuable Hakata ramen shop in the Kanto region.
