First of all, it seems like they don't have a lot of noodles in stock, so if you don't get there early, there's a good chance they'll be sold out! ! I went there around 7:30pm and felt like I was able to eat as much as I could! ! (The lights went out when I left the store lol) There aren't many menu items so I don't think you should get confused. I ate a set of Nori-tamago ramen and rice bowl. Judging by the photos from previous reviews, it looks like the menu has changed. I forgot to take a photo 😭 The soup is thick and viscous. However, I was very surprised that there was no unpleasant greasy feeling around my mouth. This is a mysterious ramen that is mushy but refreshing. The taste is not very strong, so you can drink as much soup as you want. The noodles are medium thick (?), which is unusual for tonkotsu ramen. The soup mixed well with the noodles and was very good. I think it would be completely different if it were thin noodles, so I think the balance is due to these noodles. Of course the eggs and chashu are delicious 😋 The bowl had quite a bit of chashu, but the green onions that came with it were quite spicy and I couldn't really taste it... Too bad... Sad... Red ginger, gochujang, sesame soy sauce, etc. are placed to change the taste. When you ask for a substitute, you will be given a mysterious container that intensifies the flavor! ! What is that! ? It's delicious whether you add it or not! ! I went to eat when I wasn't feeling well, so next time I'd like to eat when I'm in perfect physical condition! !
