The salt sauce that goes with it seems to be a combination of sea salt, rock salt, and soup stock from clams, scallops, kelp, etc. I see. No wonder it tastes amazing. I once again felt that this is a soup with a lot of attention to detail. The noodles are thin homemade noodles! It is smooth and has a soft texture.
