More Comments at Google MapI ate soy sauce chashu noodles. Ramen that is good just like this. It may seem like it has no special characteristics, but when you taste it carefully, the umami really comes through and you can really feel the soy sauce flavor. I feel like I finish eating naturally. The char siu is heavy in fat and meaty, so the balance is good. Ramen + char siu bowl + beer is a good thing.
This ramen shop is located a little over 10 minutes walk from Odakyu Machida Station. The front sign and red lanterns give it a nice flavor. This is a restaurant that gives the impression that it is loved by locals. The owner used to run a ramen shop called "Dekunobo" which is now closed. I really liked Dekunobo's soy sauce ramen and used to go there often, but when I was sad that it had closed, I learned of Menya Kuri and decided to visit it. My favorite is soy sauce ramen! I highly recommend topping it with green onions and chashu. I also appreciate that the price is reasonable even if you add toppings. A delicious soup with a sharp, dark soy sauce and the aroma of chicken that makes you feel at ease. The noodles are thin, slippery, and have a chewy texture. The char siu is delicious with a guinea-like softness that reminds me of Dekunobo. Green vegetables are also a good crunchy accent. It's a well-balanced ramen. At the end of the year, they often sell single char siu, so I bought some to snack on at home during the New Year holidays. The miso ramen is quite sweet and mild, but it's lighter and smoother than I expected. The noodles are thick. Tsukemen (soy sauce) is quite light. It's not a heavy or richly flavored dipping sauce, so you can eat it in no time. Gyoza is also recommended. It's crispy and succulent, and I strain half of it with my husband every time I eat it. (I didn't take a photo, but...) I'd like to try salt or kelp-based ramen, but I tend to choose the classic soy sauce ramen, so I'd like to try it next time. I used to live quite nearby so I could go there often, but since I moved, I haven't been able to go there much lately. The owner is also a refreshing and friendly guy, and I really like this restaurant, so I'd like to eat there again.
I had a quick drink at the yakitori restaurant next door and came here. Soy sauce ramen 650 yen. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations when I came to the restaurant for the first time, but the soup stock was strong and the food was delicious. No, it's quite delicious. Is this price good for the quality? The price setting. Just like the nearby "Menya Fuu", they do a polite job and are making the ramen scene in this area more exciting.Next time I'll come back to try the salt (・∀・) Visited for the first time in a while. I had miso ramen for 830 yen. When you taste the soup, it gives a light and gentle impression, but when you sip it with the noodles, it becomes a strange experience. The noodles were perfectly boiled and the balance with the soup was perfect. The miso from Oojinoko and Kote is certainly delicious, but I personally prefer Kurisan. You are doing a great job 😉
