It seems to have reopened, so I went there! The store has been closed since the end of the year, so I thought it was closed, but I heard that it was reopened on April 28th. The layout of the store hasn't changed much from before the renovation, but there was a large transparent partition on the counter table for corona countermeasures. I was a little worried, but I think this will increase the number of people who can go to eat without hesitation. I ordered the usual tonkoku ramen. It tasted the same as before the renewal and was delicious! There aren't many ramen shops around Ikuta Station, so I hope you will continue to do your best!

I'm not doing vegetables right now, so I'm going to eat vegetables. It's delicious, but as a Jiro type, it's a little quiet impression. Is it an ant when you are not looking for something that is so strong? I want to try other ramen. After that, I asked for the main soy sauce, but it was a little unsatisfactory. Personally, I go to eat Jiro style. Since it weighed more than 1kg, I was told to be prepared, so I kept it quietly.

Niboshi ramen 780 yen. The rich dried sardine soup is just the right amount of deliciousness. The soup is hot, so be careful not to burn yourself.
