The strongest Iekei ramen shop in the Tama area. Even though it's a family-style soup, it's so delicious that you can drink it up for some reason. I recommend adding char siu. Add 4 for 300 yen, for a total of 5 (see image). Not only the taste is soaked, but the softness is also excellent! Above all, the atmosphere in the store is good no matter how busy the timing is. It's probably the owner's personality. Always full of gratitude, you can enjoy the excitement beyond the deliciousness of the ramen! There is a parking lot behind the store and a second parking lot 50m ahead of the store.

It was a perfect cup. I've eaten a lot of Iekei so far, but it was one of the top three in terms of deliciousness. It has a punch but is not too salty, and the rich and flavorful soup is exquisite! The seaweed is also thin and goes perfectly with the soup! Personally, I was happy that the table was well stocked with seasonings and clean, and all of them blended perfectly with the soup. This restaurant's bean sauce may be the most delicious of the Iekei ramen. The store's operations are excellent and turnover is fast. The atmosphere is nice and the seats are reasonably spaced, so it's great to be able to concentrate on the ramen. It was worth the trip. It was a happy time.

It's the only place in my life where I can eat Iekei ramen that's as good as Jujiya's without having to wait in line! The sweet flavor of the chicken oil and the gentle flavor of the soup that wasn't too strong were very delicious.The char siu was guinea-like and blended well with the soup.Also, the customer service from the staff was excellent and I was completely satisfied. On the way home, I thanked the host and said, ``It was delicious!'' I smiled. After that, I noticed that there was a grain of rice next to my mouth, which was a shame😂 The second time I went to Tamaya-san, I went to 3 o'clock when it was empty, so I didn't have to wait in line, and I added 5 pieces of ramen seaweed and 2 pieces of chashu, and I was completely satisfied with the default preference without any strange feeling. It's really delicious and clean ramen ♪ The seasoning container on the table is clean and safe, and the infinite garlic used for rice is easy to eat without any harsh taste. Sprinkle about 2 spoonfuls on rice, top with mayo, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and it's rice. I regret that I should have ordered a larger portion. By the way, large servings are free! I've done all the good things so far, but I think it's a great store that you can't find anything wrong with.
