More Comments at Google MapToday, we landed at Hino to serve customers near Kokubunji. I felt like having ramen for dinner, so I happened to find a clean ramen restaurant. I entered the store thinking that there would be only a few customers, but as soon as I ordered from the machine and took a seat, more and more customers arrived! ! Is there only one owner today? I was a little worried about whether I would be able to serve customers. First, I tried soy sauce ramen while eating gyoza and meat buns. There is a special sauce for the gyoza, and it's a beautiful gyoza. And it's delicious, and this special sauce goes really well with it! I can't drink alcohol today because I'm in the car, so I'm having a beer...I can't resist it (ToT) So, it's a meat bun. I don't know much about meat buns, so I can't explain it well, but it's delicious... There's something going on, but what on earth? ? Well, as long as it tastes good, it's fine. And I'm looking forward to this Nagare, oh no, ramen ♡ The soy sauce ramen has arrived. The soup is clean and not too busy, but the nondara is perfectly rich and delicious. The noodles are thin, but they go well with the soup and are quite filling. Finally, we had the dessert of almond tofu. Well, in the end, everything was delicious. My stomach and heart were completely satisfied! If I had a ramen shop like this in my neighborhood, I would go there again if I were to go to Hino.
Speaking of Saturday lunch, I went to Mr. Osamu Tabu, who opened near Hino Station, because it was ramen. It claims to be a soup that you can drink up, and expectations are rising for the atmosphere that sets it apart from chain stores. Orders are made with a ticket machine, but the LCD is large and it feels like it is today. This time I went with my partner, so I had a plate of soy sauce, salt, and dumplings. I ordered almond tofu for dessert. The ramen has an elegant scent of dashi soup, and it has a gentle taste that you can drink up without being harsh at all. It's delicious without being unsatisfactory. The toppings bamboo shoots, chicken, and pork char siu are handmade and delicious. The chicken char siu is accented with pepper flavor. Noodles are thin straight noodles that you like. Each dumpling has a volume and is also delicious. Almond tofu is also handmade, so I was surprised to see something that wasn't the quality you would find at a ramen shop. The monthly limited noodles that come out every month are always high quality and there is no loss. I was surprised to be able to eat ramen that was so well made in Hino, with all the items being of high quality. Thank you for the meal.
A great ramen shop that seems to be working hard The store is clean, and the ticket vending machine has a touch panel, so you can use QR codes and cards. The ramen itself is fashionable and you can get almond tofu as a bonus if you eat it for lunch. Afterwards, they gave me candy on the way home. If there is a partner parking lot like Koemon Is it easier for people traveling by car to stop by? The taste is also quite luxurious and delicious with char siu
