The salted noodles are delicious. When it comes to tsukemen, seafood, pork bones, and fish meal have become too standard, and I feel like there isn't much variation between stores. Therefore, I do not recommend using rich sardine tsukemen. I definitely recommend the salted tsukemen. The salt sauce soup has just the right amount of sourness and is refreshing as you can really feel the flavor of the noodles. The soup with finely chopped green onions and hot oil is exquisite. It comes with citrus fruits, so it's good to enjoy a different taste. You can enjoy it as if you were enjoying Zaru Soba or Zaru Udon.

The rich soup goes well with the chewy noodles. I was very satisfied with the large portion.

Rich tsukemen and beer the best!
