More Comments at Google Map[Town Chinese food with a perfect score of 100] A ramen shop run by a married couple, the owner and the landlady. I went there many times during my stay at Seiseki Sakuragaoka on a business trip for several months. The classic and sophisticated menu, such as Chinese soba, fried rice, Chinese rice bowl, levanilla, and ginger-grilled dishes, has a purity that makes you want to say, ``This is good!'' The chef's delicate and powerful pot handling is a work that makes you want to put away your smartphone and take a closer look. I tried various menu items and they were all delicious. (I think they're probably all delicious) It feels good to see the silent cooperation between the general and the landlady. Best of all, the kitchen is always clean. The counter tables are not too noisy, and the atmosphere inside the restaurant is very good. His inability to compromise on taste and love of cleanliness are evident throughout the restaurant. At a time when small-town Chinese restaurants are decreasing rapidly in Japan, I'm very happy to have found such a wonderful restaurant. I definitely hope that stores like this will continue to survive, rather than chain stores that sell cheap and fast food. I'm not sure when I'll be able to come next time as I'm on a business trip from far away, but I might make a trip to this town to see the general and proprietress again.
The store is clean and has a very pleasant feel. I ordered Chinese soba, and it was delicious with thin noodles and clear soup. (Some people may find it a little thin.) In addition, fried rice is delicious with rice, especially [garlic fried rice] and [kimchi fried rice].
I love fried rice and have eaten many, but this is the first one I've encountered. Lard firm and sweet fried rice It's the best♪
