Karashido is a flashy red shop that I've been interested in for a long time. The interior of the store is also red and energetic. The picture is Sichuan Karashido Ramen, which is also the name of the restaurant. Dipping the raw green onion in the soup will give it just the right amount of sweetness. The soup is red and spicy, but it's not enough for those who like super spicy, but the soup is well made and the miso base has a condensed umami. There are toppings for super spicy. And no matter what you say, plenty of vegetables are included, and there is no guilt even though it is ramen. It fills your stomach, but it's a vegetable, so it's quick to empty. Although it calls itself Sichuan, the spiciness is only the chili pepper and there is no numbness. However, the soup is made well and you can feel the umami, so you can expect other menus. I ate kimchi ramen, mapo noodles, sunma noodles, and garlic fried rice. It's a Chinese-style dish, but the spicy taste makes it popular with women. The reason why I come back so many times is because I don't use any chemical seasonings, but my body craves for the chef's soulful dishes. .

I went there because it was recommended to me as it was near my work 😀 It looks like it's run by a husband and wife team, and it has a very homely atmosphere. This time, I ordered Dandan noodles and mini fried rice set 😆 The dandan noodles may have a mushy feel, but they have just the right amount of spiciness and are addictingly delicious dandan noodles 😋 The fried rice felt like fried rice, but the fragrant aroma of the soy sauce stimulated my appetite and it was also very delicious. The parking lot is quite difficult so you need to be careful if you go by car, but it was really delicious ♪ I want to go eat again lol Thank you for the meal😋
