A ramen shop on the 1st floor of a building called Lucigne next to Fuchu Station. The entrance is outside the building. There is a ticket vending machine as soon as you enter, so order with the ticket vending machine and enter the back. There are table seats and counter seats, so the number of seats is not small, but probably because of the summer vacation period for students, I went there before 11:30 on weekdays, but it was almost full and I had to line up for a while. I ordered the classic Beni Ramen. I thought it was a little expensive at 920 yen, but it's a good deal because it's packed with meat and vegetables. The soup had just the right amount of spiciness, and it was a taste that made me want to eat it during the hot summer months. The noodles are made with 7 different thicknesses of extra-thick chopped noodles. At the end, the soup was surprisingly left, so I ordered rice. You can get a large serving of rice for the same price as a regular serving. I ordered a large serving. The bowl of rice was round, and when it was served, I thought it was surprisingly small, but when I ate it, there was a reasonable amount. Instead of putting the rice directly into the soup, put a mouthful of rice in your mouth, chew it a little, and when the sweetness of the rice comes out, put the soup in your mouth once or twice with a lotus root. The sweetness of the rice at the beginning and the spiciness of the soup combine to create an exquisite taste. I drank the soup with rice even though I thought it wasn't good for my health. To be honest, the reason why it is crowded is a convincing taste. Even those who wore white shirts were eating with aprons in the store. I had a feeling it was that popular. It was not yet noon when I left the store, but there were people in white shirts lined up, and I could tell that people who work nearby often used this place for lunch. It was definitely a taste that I wanted to repeat.
It was honestly delicious. Spicy but sweet, with a miso flavor. It was good. Noodles vary in size I guess they wanted to make a difference in texture, but the thin noodles didn't have much of a presence. But I want to go again.
