Atmosphere of the shop The inside of the store is quite crowded, so please be careful when moving around. About the seat There are two table seats, and the rest is an L-shaped counter. (I didn't notice the counter on the back left when I first went there...) This time I ate Pork Tamazesoba and Niboshi Cartilage Ramen. The niboshi cartilage ramen had a light soup, but the garlic and niboshi flavor was great, and the chashu was soft and delicious, like braised pork. This is a recommended drink after work. (Especially since garlic causes bad breath) Unlike the ramen, the pork ball mazesoba has a richer flavor and still retains the garlic flavor! It was a satisfying bowl. The rice is service (self-serve), so if you eat it together, you'll be full! There are other menu items, so I want to keep coming back until I've eaten them all!

This is a branch of Bokemon in Komae. It seems like the owner himself is working on it. This is my first visit, dried sardines ramen Pork cartilage bowl I asked for it. Gentle and smooth noodles, A dried sardine soup with a strong flavor and less bitterness. It's light and delicious. It's made with backfat, so even though it's light, it's not unsatisfactory. Pork cartilage is collagen! My lips It became jiggly. Next, I'm planning to mix the noodles.

There's a ramen shop like this near where I live. I'm so happy ☺️
