More Comments at Google MapI had heard about the opening on an information site about the Fuchu area, but I decided to visit for the first time on the recommendation of a colleague at work. The seats are arranged so that the counter extends in a dogleg shape toward the back right, and you are guided to the back and seated. Then what is in front of you? yeah? This is a ramen shop, right? A splendid Hagama (see photo) that makes you think... Even when I heard that leftover ramen soup goes well with rice, I was still skeptical and thought, "Huh? Ramen, right?" (lol) However...the name of the restaurant is "Dashimenya". Eat ramen with ingredients placed on separate plates and noodles carefully placed in clear soup. It doesn't have an overly strong taste of seafood or fishmeal. yes! It's dashi soup! He boasts that the rice served at no additional charge is freshly cooked white rice that is delicious even with just salt. There are four sizes: small, medium, large, and manga. Manga refers to the amount of jokes that appear in manga. My co-worker didn't know this and ordered a regular large serving and regretted it (lol) Then, using a fresh egg whose white and yolk will separate instantly just by cracking the shell, place the yolk first on top of the rice, stir the remaining egg white with chopsticks to make it as foamy as possible. Add the ramen soup stock and mix further, then swirl it around the egg yolk. Not to mention the perfection of the ramen, it is an exquisite TKG. If you register on LINE on your first visit, you can get super delicious eggs for free, so please try it on your first visit!
I visited once before, but since then I have visited. At this restaurant, even though they use brand-name rice, their generous all-you-can-eat service is attractive. There are ramen, set meals, rice bowls, etc., but even ramen comes with rice😁 The ramen is of course delicious, and the fried chicken and dumplings on the side are also excellent. I am happy that there is a seafood menu. It seems that rice can also be purchased at the store, so I recommend that as well!
I used it for lunch. The shop and the ramen presentation are both beautiful. Since salt is recommended, I ordered the Omotenashi Dashi Noodles with Salt. The soup had a stronger taste than it looked, and some people were ordering extra noodles as they were available. This place seems to sell oven-fired rice, and on the day I was served freshly cooked rice that was said to be produced in Toyama Prefecture, with free refills. Kombu tsukudani is also available and is delicious. You can eat a lot of things, so it's more filling than it looks, and it was delicious.
