More Comments at Google MapNice traditional ramen from Kyushu Fukuoka area. Taste is based on pork born and soup is white. Additional noodle is also recommended. You can request hardness of boiling noodle as you prefered.
I went there after going to a horse race. I think it was around 5pm on a Sunday. Maybe it was just a coincidence, but I got it right away. It was very crowded around 6pm. There are table seats and counter seats. The noodles were thin and delicious. The soup is rich but not cloying, and you can choose the firmness of the noodles. You can put as much red pickled ginger on it as you like, and it's only 100 yen for extra balls, so it's the best. I would like to visit again if I have a chance when I come to Fuchu.
I used it for lunch on weekdays, and there were quite a few female customers, so it was easy to get in. I was traveling with a baby, and there were two table seats, which was helpful. The store staff's response was also warm. I added Takana mustard and it was delicious. The soup was so simple and delicious that I ended up getting the free rice as well. Thank you for the meal.
