I usually have shio ramen (my favorite is fried rice), but it's been a while since I've had it and it was cold, so the miso was delicious. From first thing in the morning, there are many customers, so it's a stable taste!

The inside of the store was cool, and the customer service staff was quick to guide us and take orders. Add fried garlic to spicy miso. A slight spiciness that doesn't interfere with the rich miso aroma. You'll want to scoop it up with lotus root and drink it over and over again. I should have asked for free rice. Lots of ingredients. The bean sprouts are crunchy without being watery, yet delicious without being grassy. The large chashu is also delicious. 900 yen for this much volume. You don't need toppings, but I like them, so I added fried garlic, which comes with about 10 pieces and costs 150 yen. The cost performance was good.
