More Comments at Google Map《2023.7.15 Revisited》 I visited on Saturday afternoon. I was able to enter the store immediately because the store was large. I ordered a large serving of ramen (750 yen + 120 yen), which I often get when I'm in Nagao. It's delicious as expected. It's a soy sauce pork bone, but it's different from the family. I think the soy sauce they use is sweet. Therefore, although it is soy sauce pork bone, it has a Japanese-style taste. Also, since the noodles are homemade, the chewy noodles are also good. The char siu was about 1 cm thick and had no fat and was crisp and delicious. After a long time, I was satisfied with the original ramen of Mr. Kazuya. No matter what you eat at Kazuya, it's delicious! 《First visit after relocation》 I have been going there since the former Nagao, former Kokuryo, and former Kuji stores. I haven't been able to come here since I moved to Nakanoshima. Ordered a large serving of rich chicken seafood ramen (800 yen + 100 yen large). It has two thick slices of char siu, pickled bamboo shoots, and onions on top. More oil than ever before. Omori is quite a lot. I would like to try other menus because it is "Waya" that I have visited the most in my hometown so far. ≪2021.10.30 revisit≫ I got the soy sauce ramen. It is a flavored soup that can be said to be the originator of the former “Hyuga”. Is delicious. I think the elderly can go too. The flat noodles, which seem to contain whole grains, are smooth and delicious. ≪Revisited on August 14, 2022≫ I got a large serving of shrimp tsukemen (850 yen + 100 yen). It is a very delicious homemade noodle with very thick chewy noodles. The shrimp-flavored soup is based on seafood-based tsukemen. Green onions, yuzu, tip menma, and char siu are provided separately, and yuzu does a pretty good job. Menma is also crisp and easy to eat. You can also use a transportation IC card with a pre-meal ticket system. The parking lot is shared by the mall for about 5 cars, and there seems to be a parking lot behind it. There is also a bicycle parking lot where several motorcycles can be parked. No matter what you eat, it's delicious as much as you think it's good to be more crowded. ≪2023.3.5 Revisited≫ The menu has changed to what it was before they moved here. The regulars before the move can't wait to revisit. The menu is a nostalgic lineup. And the price has been reduced this time. Come to think of it, when I was working at Waya Seimenjo, I think I saw that the cost of the soup was very high. Soup is better than noodles. I ordered the long-time favorite Tobio Miyabi Hyuga (750 yen + extra-large 200 yen) and Waya Tsukemen (900 yen). Tobio Miyabi had a Japanese-style taste, but the presence of oil made it taste the same. Parking in the back is free for up to 60 minutes.
A delicious ramen shop. I thought it was a troublesome store because there were various things written about the production area and how to eat it, but I gave it a try ^ _ ^ It was delicious. I wondered if the shopkeeper had a habit, so I went there for a few days, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I thought you were probably very kind. The noodles, soup, dipping sauce, and thick-sliced char siu were delicious, and I was looking forward to what I would eat every day. Next, I'll bring my sons who have learned that the old man always eats delicious ramen by himself.
The store at Mukogaoka Amusement Park, which was sad when it disappeared, is now back! thank you!!! I ate Japanese style ramen. It felt a little more flavorful than before... Maybe it's because I'm older.
