I ordered a special chinese ramen, and it was good. This is the first time I eat bamboo shoot this long, it was better than the usual bamboo shoot I eat.

A ramen shop across from Hotel Nikko Tachikawa in Tachikawa. This triangular building used to have many ramen shops, but they didn't last long and the shops have changed. This shop is ramen with chicken soup stock. Ramen can choose soy sauce or salt. Noodles are straight noodles with low water content, so they are served relatively quickly after ordering. The soup has a strong chicken umami flavor that makes you want to drink more and more. Menma has a long tip, which is also delicious and has a good balance that does not overstate the soup. The wontons in the wonton noodles are also large and delicious. The store clerks were also bright and polite to the customers.
