It was light and very delicious. It was the flavor I liked. Especially the limited horse mackerel soup ramen! The soup has a strong dashi stock, but it's not too salty and you won't get bored until the end, so you can enjoy it deliciously. If you like old-fashioned ramen and a light taste, this is the place for you! Regular chicken stock and tsukemen are also delicious! The food ticket machine is a full display type, and it looks like cashless payment is possible, but only cash is accepted. That's not a negative at all. Addendum (2023/10/12): It's not a ticket machine, but a deferred payment (cash only) system. I have been issued a card that can be used until the expiry date even after the Stamps app ends, and I am still using it! I hope the horse mackerel soup stock comes back, or at least just the dried sardines. .

I visited Mr. Hayashida, a family-oriented business. Unlike the Shinjuku store and Tama Center store, it is closer to a family restaurant. There are various ideas such as ordering using a touch panel and paying at an unmanned cash register, and children's menus that come with coins that can be used to spin the gacha gacha. There are plenty of drinks available, and it doesn't feel like you're served immediately after eating, so there's plenty of time to relax, so it's a bit strange, perhaps because I'm not used to it. It's hard to make small talk on the spot after eating ramen, right? The store is spacious and you can easily enter the store even with a stroller. This is a wonderful ramen shop that everyone can visit, young and old. I really wish they would open stores all over Japan :)

I received the special soy sauce ramen and Akishima TKG. The refreshing and delicious soup and firm and thin noodles were very delicious. Especially the eggs are rich and melt-in-the-mouth. The TKG was also rich with the bonito flakes, and I finished it in no time.
