I had the braised miso ramen. A hearty braised stew, a slightly hot soup, and a moderately thick soup. It was quite delicious. At other stores, the price would probably be higher. This shop is located in the space where ``Sakura Fubuki ga Dancing in the Wind'' used to be. I was worried about it being a chain restaurant, but my expectations were exceeded in a good way. The recommended kakuni is the type that is sweet and has both crumbly and chewy parts. I was given a paper apron, and even though the place was full at dinner time, the staff was nice.

My wife and I used it for the first time. I've been wondering about it for a long time, but I couldn't stop by because the timing wasn't right, but I was finally able to eat it today. I ate the recommended miso ramen with toro kakuni, but the large kakuni is excellent, just like the photo, the soup and noodles are exquisitely delicious, and the staff's response is good, so it's a repeat decision.
