I'm a beginner in ramen and soba but for me the soba here is really good, they not too much flavored and not to plain it's really good if you don't like thick-flavored ramen. And the mini-chashu don here is one really nice "dessert" to close your meal 🤣.

I got salt and char siu onigiri. Is the first bite thin? I thought, but I immediately thought it was a gentle and polite taste, and at the end I drank it. The rice balls are too delicious to come again.

There was a very kind manager and boss there. Alcohol for hands and movable acrylic plates are also available, perfect for infection control. Mandy ordered ``Soy Sauce Ramen + Large Noodles + Char Siu''. The store manager carefully makes each item one by one. The soup is based on dried sardines and is very delicious. The noodles are medium thick and mix well with the soup, making them easy to eat, and men will enjoy the large portion. The chashu is filling and has a flavor of dried sardines when you eat it.
