More Comments at Google MapThe dipping sauce (and the container) is hot, and the noodles are thick and satisfying (medium to average is free), but what about waiting for the noodles to be placed on a tray with nori on top of the tray? Well, I guess it's just, "I wash the trays properly. They're as clean as the dishes." Also, I'm sure other restaurants do this, but when they put the noodles into the bowl, they use their bare hands to align the noodles, but I wonder if anyone cares. The kitchen is fully visible from the counter, so it's best to be careful about being seen. It's not written in the store, but if you ask the staff, you can get a soup discount (it comes in a miso soup bowl).
Ramen shops in Tokorozawa, Sayama, Iruma, etc. The feeling of inheriting the spirit of Taishoken overflows. Did something painful happen in the past? ? These are the store clerks wearing T-shirts that make you want to retort, "Overcome the trials!" Morisoba is sour and delicious. The yuzu vinegar and chopped garlic on the table will change the taste. I personally recommend chili pepper tsukemen as the winner in the spicy tsukemen category. Served in a bowl filled with bean sprouts. Even if you put a lot of chopped garlic in, it's a solid soup that won't lose to it.
You can change from regular size (200g) to medium size (250g) for free. The process from ordering to serving the food was quick, and I didn't have to wait long.
