More Comments at Google MapI think this might be the best Ramen I've ever had. The quality of the ingredients was superb and the soup base was incredible! The chef ran a one man show so you know this is the real deal. Price is very reasonable, I paid less than 1000 Yen. You might have to wait a few minutes in line but it is absolutely worth it. The soup base is quite fatty so if you don't like that you won't like this. I will definitely be returning!
May very well be the best ramen I was served after being in Japan for 6 months. Slightly cramped but a very cosy and undoubtedly popular place with a single man holding down the forte. 1000 JPY for a generous helping of chashuu pork, nori (seaweed), in my opinion perfectly cooked noodles all absorbing the delicious broth. Ordered another helping of noodles for 100 JPY and devoured every single morsel. (Usually this is not the case due to the broth often being too rich and oily, this one struck an amazing balance in this regard that I cannot help but wonder what magic potion they used to conjoure up this bowl of ramen). Not located ideally for people outside the smaller district of Kodaira but my clear favourite in all of Tokyo.
It’s been a while since I’ve eaten it, but it’s still as delicious as ever 😋 I think it can get pretty crowded depending on the time of day, but this time there were seats available so I was able to eat right away. It's a good store.
