More Comments at Google MapI had the special Chinese noodles with dried sardines in soy sauce. There were a lot of toppings, and the char siu was voluminous and delicious. I thought it would have been better to have a larger portion. Thick wontons? It was interesting to enjoy the taste and texture that was different from noodles. The staff were also polite and cheerful ☺️
If you want to eat delicious ramen in Kokubunji, this is the only restaurant! There are two main types of ramen: niboshi soy sauce ramen and niboshi salt ramen. My recommendation is the dried sardine soy sauce ramen! The taste is very delicious with dried sardines. If you imagine Niigata's Tsubame-Sanjo style, you'll be right. The ramen has a wide variety of ingredients, including menma, wontons, mitsuba leaves, roast pork, seaweed, and green onions, all of which are extremely delicious. Personally, I like the long menma and the texture! There are also other types of soba noodles, so I would like to try them next time.
The main store of the Mutahiro Group, which Kokubunji is proud of. The shop retains the atmosphere of a casual snack bar, making it feel like a start-up garage. This restaurant was the first time I tried Ittan Momen noodles. Eat regularly.
