The owner is kind and the food is delicious. It was nice to be able to adjust the spiciness because there was red pepper powder.

At lunch time, I had the signature dish Isshinbou Ramen. Two large pieces of chashu, one for each cut, and a heaping amount of vegetables, making it very filling. However, the soup was not too rich, the flavor was strong, and it had just the right amount of flavor. It has an exquisite balance of strength and elegance that even medium-thick noodles will never lose. If you add the garlic that is placed there, it will be even more special. With a wide variety of sardines, ginger, and tsukemen, you'll never run out of fun to visit again. I was impressed. The service is also good. Maybe it's the wife, but she's kind and polite, asking if you need a luggage storage or an apron, and it's a comfortable space. It was a restaurant that made me want to come back again.

I received a large bowl of tsukemen (950 yen). I wasn't expecting much from the tsukemen from a ramen restaurant, but it was very delicious and I was disappointed in a good way. Large portions are 400g or 500g, and you can choose from thin, medium, or thick noodles. Flavored eggs are included as standard.
